Best sushi rolls (Mene roll, salmon pizza, saturday morning) sushi tower is amazing and for lunch their bentos ate second to none.

Food is delicous.

I got the Bibimbop and pork dumplings and it was amazing! The food was fresh and well presented. Today was my first experience with Mene Sushi and I'm hooked. Even though I didn't dine in, I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility which is a HUGE factor for me AND during my short time picking up my order, the staff was welcoming. Great job! Definitely will be telling others of my experience.

DO NOT GO HEREThis place used to be my absolute favorite. It's really close to my house so my family and I would eat there about once a month, but after the experience we had this past weekend, none of us will be going back. The sushi itself is delicious, but the staff is ignorant, rude, dismissive, and has no idea what's going on in regards to their own establishment. The level of unwarranted attitude we received was astounding. I honestly feel a little bad for the owner/owners as he/she most likely doesn't know what goes on when he/she is not around because I have a difficult time believing that a business owner of a successful establishment such as this one would be able to tolerate that kind of behavior.Look out for COLE. He's the worst.

The sushi here is fantastic and the service is good. Sushi is always expensive, but this is not as bad as many. Delicious and enjoyable, will be coming back.

My husband ordered the salmon sushi combo and I ordered the steak teriyaki and I can tell you both dishes were delicious. The sushi was super fresh and my steak teriyaki was cooked the way I like it. Decent size portions. The miso soup was not super salty and salad was good as well. This restaurant might become one of my to go restaurants!

Great sushi spot. But what usually brings me to mene is their bim bim bop. Always great service and it's a nice place to dine with family. Never too loud. Friendly staff. Great presentation.

This place has great service, fresh food, and suitable prices. Recently discovered this place and I'm glad I did. I'll be coming back here for sure!

First time back in over a year. Food was great. Even better was the fact that Chuck, remembered what we ate. If you haven't been there in awhile then it's time to come back and give it a try again. We definitely will!!

We ended up here because our "regular" sushi joint was closed for lunch on Sunday, and our "backup" sushi place is closed all day Sunday! Not at Mene- they have great hours, and we are so glad they were open because it will be our new "regular" place now!The food was great, huge menu and lots of choices. We found an old favorite - the Firecracker Roll - that we'd been looking all over town for ever since Joy Sushi closed.Ambience was casual enough to bring our kids, but very nicely decorated - even the bathrooms were quite nice. Definitely recommend!

Great service and great sushi!

My nephew recommended that I try this place. I was a little hesitant, because I eat sushi frequently and am VERY particular about it. They had a new appetizer that they recommended that I try. I was a small plate of octopuses (octopi?). Yes probably octopi. They were amazing. I had two types of hot tea. The house hot tea, and a Korean traditional hot ginger tea. They were both very good. The appetizer was so good I didn't even eat my miso soup. I had a sashimi lunch plate, and it was so extremely fresh, and amazing. The wasabi was extremely potent. Typically I get extra, but theirs was so strong, I didn't need extra. I'm sure this review sounds like a commercial, but you really need this food. Like NEED it. It's that good.

Best sushi EVER! DEFINITELY must go

While I haven't been in this restaurant in a long, we just went there. With 3 kids and different requests, we found something for everyone one. The tiger roll and the spider rolls were very good. The cucumber roll was exactly what my little one wanted. The beef short ribs were great also. The service was good and they answered our questions. The place is simple and clean the same way I remember it.

This was the only sushi place open on the 4th of July. I had never heard of them, but I was happy they were open so I could try them out. The sushi is quite good and reasonably priced. Service is average. They had a really big menu which was nice because then they have something for anyone, even if they don't like sushi.

One of the finer quality sushi producers, I have had the pleasure to eat at.

Love coming here for lunch/dinner. The rolls are some of the best rolls I’ve had in MI, especially the explosion and exboyfriend rolls. The donkatsu is also really delicous. One of the best sushi places I would definitely recommend!

The best sushi around!!!

Quick and Quality service. The food is more than great for its price and they've improved immensely over the past few months. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to a customer's needs. The owner was very friendly and made an effort to ensure that everything was to our liking. There was a time where I had to wait for a long time for my food and they offered me more than adequate compensation for the wait. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great authentic food with wonderful service.

This place has gone down significantly, but the prices skyrocketed. Veggie rolls were over $10. The tea tastes awful. The bill was over $70 for 5 rolls.Never again.

My son ordered chicken teriyaki roll and yhe chicken was cold while the whole thing was very dry. Owner refused to take it off the bill because he ate some rice from the roll. Service is not top notch either. There are much better sushi places in the area.

Very good food and reasonsbly priced. I've been there many times many and had great service. It has been quite a while since I was last there and the service was a bit off, but otherwise okay. Thus the 4 stars.Very unpretentious for a pretentious neighborhood. Still my go to Japanese Korean spot to eat.

Used to have great food.. stopped going there because of little fruit flies always around my food. Mentioned it once and server said "I know".

I've been coming to Mene since high school (two decades) and it never fails to disappoint. Beautiful, intimate ambiance and great quality with grocery store sushi prices. The service is attentive and food always comes out quickly. This is a great place to take a date!

Food was not fresh at all and horrible service. Under new ownership. Not welcoming at all! Both food and service used to be amazing. Not the same and lady up front was very rude. Entire staff not friendly at all. We were a party of 6 and had lunch on a Sat. We were asked to leave for a party of 5 that needed to be seated as soon as we paid. Worst experience ever. Never will go back there again and my friends and I that were there will make sure everyone we know never goes there.
